Brad Howlett has over 20 years of experience managing, maintaining, and building multi-family luxury residential and full-scale commercial properties. Quality assurance both during and after the build has always been an integral part of his lifelong career. Additionally, he has managed annual capital outlays in the millions of dollars, contracted trades and services, and has managed in house staff of up to 70 people while fostering a positive work culture. He now offers his hard-won expertise to all real estate buyers, owners, and agents.
Having spent most of his life in Idaho mountain towns, Brad is very familiar with the demands mother nature places on real estate improvements, as well as the mountain lifestyle. In his off-time, he enjoys everything Valley County has to offer: golf, snowboarding, backcountry adventures, and time on the water.
